Job brief

We are looking for Reservation staff to join with our team ELLD Management Property.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to costumer request
Handling the new booking (transfer direct to the clients)
Sending direct reservation to property
Checking confirmed the arrival and departure transfer bookings
Maintain relationship with customers
Coordinate with other departments to accomplish bookings in every aspect
Assist in providing keys to guests at certain properties if required
